    I didn't like this one as much as her other Caesar recipes that I've made. It would be better made in a magic bullet than a full-sized blender. The amount of hemp seeds and liquid that you start with are so small that even on the lowest setting, the Vitamix just sprays it all over the inside of the blender instead of blending. It improved once I started adding other ingredients.

    I've made my share of vegetarian caesar dressings, and this one was really good! We aren't vegan, so I used yogurt for the milk, and it was perfectly. The hemp seeds added some nice texture and richness to the dressing, and I'll make it this way again.
