    I made the pork marinade with pork scotch fillet steaks for a bbq. I didn’t smash it thin and only let it marinate in the fridge for approx 3 hours. The bbq pork chops were perfect and super tasty. the marinade makes enough for 1kg of meat (not 500g as per recipe)
