    Great when you have pantry staples and don't know what else to make (as happened to me tonight...). I like the idea of trying some preserved lemon. No need to use expensive canned tuna here.

    Delicious, fresh and zingy. I had tuna with chilli in oil so I used that and halved the pasta to cut the calories. A real winner that tastes far more impressive than the ingredients and time would suggest.

    Tasted very good but we were not crazy about warmed canned tuna here. I might make it again without the tuna at all because the other flavors were really citrusy and zingy...I used Cheat's Preserved Lemon (OTK) instead of lemon juice and zest.
