    p. 45 - A terrific quick work-around if you’re looking for an allioli in a pinch. I eyeballed this as I only needed ¼ cup of sauce. Whisking allows you to achieve an airy, smooth and creamy texture. We enjoyed this and I’d make it again. Lots of variations provided in the book.
