    I made this with leftover focaccia that had tomatoes and pesto on top cut up into small cubes. Used twice as many cucumbers, and didn't have grapes but added some arugula with the basil. and used 1/2 of a shallot fine chop instead of onion. Pretty good

    More substantial than it sounds. But leftovers can be liquidised to make gazpacho!
