Can substitute protein of your choice, pork tenderloin, or pork loin for boneless pork chops; vegetables of your choice for any of the vegetables called for in this recipe; and lettuce for cooked rice. Marinate 30 minutes to 2 hours.

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Delicious! Would also be great with chicken thighs or chicken breasts. Used dried shiitake mushrooms along with carrots and broccoli for the veg.
