    Can substitute lard or olive oil for dripping, olive oil for coconut oil, beef mince for lamb mince, and chicken or vegetable stock for beef stock.

    I've not cooked the curry part (but I'm sure it's good as I've made a few of their tasty curries from their other book) so this is just for the Yorkshire's. The gram Yorkshires are so good! They puff up just like a regular Yorkshire's and you really wouldn't know that they are gluten free! Definitely on my list to make again and I'm going to use the basis of this recipe and combine with my favourite toad in the hole recipe and see if I can make it gluten free. I would recommend these even if you don't need to avoid gluten!
