    Low lift for the payoff. Looks very elegant when served directly from the pan. The sauce is absolutely delicious.

    Made this tonight with the jeweled rice from her first cookbook, Sababa. Subbed in large shallots for the onions. Absolutely delicious. Will definitely be made often in the coming months.
