Kedgeree with leeks, spinach, spring-note herbs, crème fraîche from Time & Tide: Recipes from My Coastal Kitchen (page 100) by Emily Scott

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Can substitute salmon or regular haddock for smoked haddock. See recipe for a variation.

This is delicious! It’s a really bright yet indulgent version of kedgeree. I substituted salmon filet for the smoked haddock per the option mentioned in the recipe, and it was lovely with the spices and herbs. This is going to be a repeat favorite in my house!
