    This was certainly the quickest, easiest baked cheesecake I've made, and a nice option when you don't want a lot of servings. The Biscoff crust hack worked perfectly. The cake itself wasn't quite as good as a traditional cheesecake, but I could see making this again when I want a smaller cake.
