Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

    I made the mistake of buying the wrong cut of meat for this recipe and so it was a bit too tough by the time I finished cooking it. The onion mixture was delicious served over the top of the steak. I actually prefer this dish made with chicken. I've done that several times and it is always so good.
