Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This was soooo good - I had to leave the table to make this note straight away! So easy & flavoursome - excellent balance of Thai flavours. Would definitely commend it to folks (and I'd make it again!). It makes an awful lot of sauce, but the jasmine rice with which I served the curry easily absorbed that! Simply excellent.
