    Can substitute other chocolate malted milk powder for Milo powder, and instant coffee granules for espresso powder.

    Whipped my double cream at too fast a speed and it got overbeat and grainy...fail... had to whisk the cream in and just put it in the freezer to hope for the best. The flavor of the milo mixture was nice and the proportion of the coffee is a good level to deepen the flavor without having too much of a coffee flavor. Will re-attempt for redemption because I'm confident this is good when made properly
