    Can substitute chicken legs for chicken thighs, chillies of your choice for Scotch bonnet peppers, rapeseed oil for ghee, any neutral oil for cold pressed rapeseed oil, Scotch bonnet pepper for green chilli, and mix of mini sweet peppers for seasoning peppers.

    My husband really enjoyed this. We didn’t have scotch bonnets so he substituted 3 green finger chillies. He said it could have taken more chillies easily. It froze well and cooked in the oven at 180c for about 30-40 minutes.
