Can substitute firm white fish fillets for cod fillets.

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Quite complicated for a 'simple' dish but tasted good. Take care with roasting the cabbage, the instructions say cook until it looks burnished, mine was burnt round the edges. I would use a lower oven temperature if I cooked it again.

The gochujang was very strong. I probably needed to use more cabbage as it cooks down to only a couple of spoonfuls. I ignored the instructions to turn the fish over so got to enjoy the crunchy breadcrumbs. Thick cod fillet cooked perfectly in 13 minutes. This does need rice though. We will make again if only to use up the spice paste.
