    Solid recipe. Not quite salty enough, greatly improved with more salt. We also wish we let honey caramelize more. One taster thought the wings should be deep fried instead. Either soy sauce or MSG might have also been a good addition. Would maybe try again but with substantial modification. 3.5/5
