Pickled celery tuna salad from I Could Nosh: Classic Jew-ish Recipes Revamped for Every Day (page 160) by Jake Cohen

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

This was a great way to elevate normal tuna salad! I only had half the amount of mayo the recipe called for but it still turned out really good.

We enjoy the pickled celery approach from Jake's Jew-ish book in the little gem salad with radishes and tahini dressing. This tuna salad, using celery pickled with fennel instead of corriander, is flavorful and easy to put together.
