Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    this was a big miss. clearly not enough water, and the rice and lentils took twice as long to cook (probably because it ran out of water and started burning to the pan). Also, zero chance onion caramelize even a bit in 6-8 minutes?? they’re barely softened! anyway the final product (once I added more water) was at best fine. weirdly bland. won’t be repeating
