Oyster and peppercorn rib-eye steak and egg from Vietnamese Made Easy: Simple, Modern Recipes for Every Day (page 71) by Thuy Diem Pham

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Notes about this recipe

Despite the title, this recipe does not call for oysters. Marinate rib-eye steaks for at least one hour and up to three hours.

Excellent dish, like a combination stir-fry and salad. I did not make the egg, but added the cherry tomatoes to a corner of the lettuce. Marinated the beef for 90 minutes; then cooked the cherry tomatoes & beef rib-eye separately (as instructed), in a wok. The marinade is awesome. I did not make the dipping sauce; added lime juice over everything before serving. I think the recipe serves at least 2 people, if the ingredient amounts are followed.
