Korean BBQ beef (Bulgogi) from Simply Korean: Easy Recipes for Kimchi, Noodles, Soups, and More (page 96) by Aaron Huh

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Notes about this recipe

This came out sooooo good omg!! Tasted like I got it from a really good local Korean spot. Only thing to note, if you’re cooking in batches then you should split your veggies and peppers that will be sautéed right before putting in the bulgogi because you want all the batches to have that full bodied flavor. I could have cut more but I was doing too much already so I just kept throwing in more green onions since I already had a buns prepped for whatever I needed this week.
