Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Can substitute oily fish of your choice for black cod fillets, and this book's "Ginger oil" for commercial ginger oil. Requires marinating the fish for 2-3 days.

    This is a great recipe that is frequently in our rotation at home. Would recommend. You can always make the dressing without the ginger oil.
