    These were excellent! Though I made a few (minor) adjustments: used 1 whole egg instead of 2 egg whites, added 50g of wholemeal spelt flour, used rapeseed oil instead of coconut oil and added a few dark chocolate chips to each cookie (for a slim chance that my family would like these no-sugar cookies!). I think they came out great and I'd make again.
