    Made these for the kids this morning. I felt a little silly as I thought the serving suggestion (serves 6) meant for the amount of people but have since realised it means how many pancakes it makes. Would suggest doubling the serving. Taste wise was fine, albeit a bit bland but was to be expected from sugar free pancakes. They were soft and soaked up toppings wonderfully (we used maple syrup). Would probably make this again for the kids as they are quite healthy.
