    I adapted this. Decided to roast the asparagus with oil, balsamic glaze and shaved parmesan. Added sliced garlic and chilli flakes when softening onion. Stirred in healed TSP of smoked harissa and glug of red wine. Stirred in cooked green lentils and young spinach into the veg at the end.

    Delicious! So easy. I added celery with the onion, and stir-fried some rice to serve it on.
