    Very refreshing salad and went well with seafood and chicken for Christmas lunch. I used almonds instead of pinenuts and cut the asparagus into bite sized pieces for ease of eating. Lovely and crunchy.

    A nice, fresh and crunchy salad. I made a few tweaks, using Worcestershire instead of the soy beacause, Ceasar. Also used almonds because I ran out of pine nuts, either would work. Next time I would cut the asparagus into bite sized pieces, splitting them down the middle is pretty but doesn’t aid eatability.
