    Delicious! Tossed in an extra finely sliced preserved lemon with the coriander seeds.

    Nice earthy flavors in this salad. We loved the crunch from the chickpeas and coriander seeds. The combination of the creamy feta and raw shredded beets was very nice with a sprinkle of dried oregano on top. I would make this again.

    Great dish; everything I crave in a lettuce-less salad. I have half of it left in the fridge and can't wait to finish it. My personal preference is for more green onions than the recipe calls for, and I needed to add a teaspoon of olive oil to the pan with the garlic, but this will be my go-to recipe when I'm craving beets.
