    Can substitute dry sherry for Shaoxing rice wine, thin egg noodles for Hong Kong-style noodle, and baby bok choy for yu choy.

    Better than take out! This is quickly becoming one of my favorite recipes. I found the noodles in the freezer section of the international grocery store, and baby bok choy was delicious! Keep the veggies a little crunchy, don't worry about cooking them longer when you are making this.
