Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I think of this as a creamy, lemony cacio e pepe rice. I liked it quite a bit but I don't know if I'd rush to make it again, it was quite rich. I did add an additional half lemon to brighten it up.

    This was only meh. The risotto I made exactly to the recipe and I found it quite bland. I added roasted salmon and broccoli to make it more of a meal. Next time I'll zest the lemons before charring, and probably add garlic and more salt as well.
