    Easy way to serve delicious roasted chicken!

    This recipe made me feel like I finally cracked the code for making a fabulous roasted chicken. I read a [rave] review of this recipe on a blog I like and decided to make it for dinner. Everyone in the family said the chicken was the best I have ever made. For a side we made the grilled little gems with garlic and dill (same recipe). I enjoyed them but they weren't as good as the chicken and potatoes.
