    Very classic banana bread. A new favorite. Perfectly banana-y.

    Just what a banana bread should be - moist, banana-y, buttery. I went light on the crusting sugar as the batter was already a bit sweeter than my normal banana bread, and it turned out lovely. Loaf was eaten by coworkers by 10 am.

    Yum! We loved this banana bread with its sugary crust. The browned butter was a very nice background flavor. I would make this again.
