    Cake is really light and fluffy, but I prefer the more traditionally baked coffee cake with a ton of crumb on top.

    I was a bit annoyed by the many steps while making it, but it was totally worth it! It tastes so good, will definitely make again. I only had a smaller pan, so I put part of the dough in 3 additional muffin pans. They also turned out really well!
