Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

    Can substitute monkfish or salmon for swordfish, and vegetable oil for grapeseed oil. Marinate 30 minutes for 3 hours.

    Did a half batch but even that was WAY too much marinade, would reduce next time!
