Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Can substitute bone broth or chicken stock for vegetable stock, and red onions or yellow onions for leeks. You may use the How to make crushed red pepper flakes recipe on p. 42.

    Very hearty and flavorful. I used a mix of cremini, shiitake, and beech mushrooms. I only used 1/2 cup of cream - it was plenty to make the stew super creamy. Definitely a make again!
