Can substitute orange peppers for yellow peppers.

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Used maize couscous (gf) omitted halloumi and olives as it was for Nicky's bbq. As sarahj22 says, every mouthful is interesting and it would have been even better with the salty black olives. Went down very well with guests at the bbq. As written this would easily serve 8 as a side dish alongside other salads. Definite repeat.

A nice side - every mouthful is interesting. I omitted the chickpeas and pine nuts and used coriander instead of mint/parsley. I wondered about the lack of dressing (just lemon zest and juice plus oil) but with strong ingredients like olives, halloumi, dill and sun dried tomatoes, the dressing'a simplicity really works. I served with lamb merguez sausages, salad leaves and a spoonful of yogurt which was a nice match.
