Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    She does warn not to overcook the basmati but I wasn't paying enough attention and mine was a bit too soft so I didn't get the distinct saffron tinted grains in the finished dish. Still good though. I used half the suggested amount of sugar and it was still a little sweet for me. I served it with the lamb tagine and it was a really good combination.
