Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    These have a souffle-like light texture. They are neither too sweet nor too bitter from the dark chocolate. Absolutely outstanding restaurant-quality brownies! They did need a lot longer in the oven than the recipe specified (I used a 9x9" pan)

    This recipe calls for 61 to 64% dark chocolate, not milk couverture chocolate as it says in the tags to this entry. This is cut up for chips, and cocoa is used for the brownie batter.
