Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This went very well with the little gem citrus salad, as the sweetness of the honey balanced the tartness of the grapefruit. Note that that salad calls for sprinkling with salt, so if making this vinaigrette for another purpose, you'll want to add salt and pepper to taste.
