Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    We were gifted a really good quality buffalo mozzarella and I wanted to use it in a recipe that allowed us to highlight and taste the cheese. This was a really good way of doing so. All simple ingredients and easy to put together. I didn’t make the basil cream but used basil olive oil that I had instead. Really tasty dish and looks good too!

    I'll admit I didn't make the mozzarella, bought burrata, but this was a wonderful salad to make at the peak of tomato season.
