Za’atar chicken served with hummus, pine nuts and pomegranate from One Pan Chicken: 70 All-in-One Chicken Recipes For Simple Meals, Every Day (page 62) by Claire Thomson

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Notes about this recipe

Can substitute pistachios for pine nuts, and parsley for coriander.

We loved this; easy and delicious. Good idea to make the hummus recipe, as it spreads easily on the plate for presentation, and is not too pungent so doesn't overwhelm the dish. Pomegranate seeds important. I was a bit puzzled by the diced chicken, but in the end chopped it into 1 1/2" pieces, which worked perfectly.

Picture shows whole thighs, ingredients say diced - imagine either would work but it'd be good for someone to report back here. Be wary of hummus ingredients - half the can of chickpeas go in it, the other half in the main recipe.
