    Nice recipe but...the lemon slices are very bitter. Next time, I'll just zest a lemon into the dish at the end. I added smoked salmon, which was nice.

    Surprisingly good - almost reminiscent of pizza between the fennel and the Parmesan (which I subbed for szafir), but retaining a distinct personality.
