Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I was in the mood to make a side dish with what I had in my cupboard and pantry, and found one with recipe II. I’m usually not a fan of dishes that use prepared soups, but this was rich and satisfying. I used russet potatoes with wonderful results. A nice comfort food on a very cold December night.
