    I was a bit lazy with this. Stand mixer to cream butter and sugar, substituted melted butter and trail mix in the struesel topping, added cinnamon. No milk on hand but used yogurt. Dumped an extra 50g of discard in to use it up. Not sure it counts as following the recipe but I think I'll have another slice and will make again. Quick, easy, delicious, and most of all quite flexible.
