Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

This is delicious. I usually make 1.5 x the suggested amount of the marinade for it also flavour the accompanying greens.

The method (with a non stick pan and the salmon dabbed dry before frying) worked for me. Reduced the quantity of sugar and it was plenty sweet enough. Quick, easy recipe, one to repeat.

I didn't feel like cooking so this was the perfect dish - quick, super easy and delicious. I recommend using a non-stick pan to cook the fish in otherwise it might end up a stuck, sticky mess. I served this with rice and a spiralised cucumber and carrot salad with an asian-y dressing.

Loved this! Took Totoro's advice and skipped the marinade. I fried it skin side first then added the marinade after flipping the fish.

Very nice - and a good dish to convert fish skeptics. However, the cooking instructions didn''t work for me at all - think stuck fish and burnt sugar! I now don't bother marinating, and use a little oil to fry (floured and salted) salmon. Then, brush on a little sauce as a glaze, let it rest, and reduce the 'marinade' separately. Takes a few minutes longer but worth it for crispy skin!

Excellent and really quick. Served it with green tea soba noodles on the side.
