    Came together quickly and was delicious - excellent crispy skin! I browned the skin in the frying pan but ended up transferring the chicken to a pot for the oven cooking part because oil was splattering everywhere even with a splash guard. I added capers into the sauce instead of salt at the end and really liked it. Sliced olives would probably work well too
