    I had a plethora of green olives and came across this salsa recipe. Subbed in things I had on hand, and it turned out really tasty. …Broccoli stalk for parsley. …1/2 teaspoon of pickled green pepper — just because. And then I only used 75g of olive oil, so that it was more like a spread. After tasting it, I wanted a nutty element, so I stirred in sesame seeds. Yum! It’s tasty on crudite and as a sandwich condiment.
