Can use the "Grateable Parmesan" recipe on page 255, the "Vegan mozzarella" recipe on page 252, and the "Makin marinara" recipe on page 270. Can substitute vegan mushrooms bouillon powder for vegan chicken stock powder, and apple cider vinegar or white wine vinegar for rice vinegar.
