    Can substitute vegan mushroom bouillon powder for vegan beef stock powder, and apple cider vinegar or white wine vinegar for rice vinegar.

    There's a fair bit of effort here but it's probably the best seitan recipe I've ever made! A reuben sandwich made with this is absolutely delicious. It freezes well too, so my time investment kept me stocked up for a while.
