    These were lovely rolls. I used the recipe as a template with the following changes: I subbed half the flour with Marquis whole wheat (Flourist) and fresh dill and dried parsley for the herbs. I mixed dough and rose it in bread machine, then shaped rolls and baked as directed. I didn’t have potato water so I used some tapioca flour instead. These froze very well; definite repeat.
