Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    My beef ended up a little overcooked: maybe I pan seared it more thoroughly than dictated so it needed less time in the oven. The balsamic sauce was very nice, not overpowering at all as I had feared. The lemon brocolli was quite nice I thought, but my partner really didn't like it at all. The best thing was definitely the spring onions with goat cheese: this is probably the main element I would repeat.
