Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Served as starter soup at Cookbook group dinner. It has a number of elements, so definitely a soup that needs some lead time. It is very much a comfort soup for chillier weather. The spinach, green lentils, and yogurt are wonderful additions to stir into the red lentil soup which would even be good unadorned. Nice complex flavors and visually interesting.
